To create calendars, you need to click “Add New”
Page Location: Wordpress Dashboard -> Easy Booked -> Calendar Manage
Then such a pop up will come
Enter a name, then fill in the rest of the information and click the “create new calendar” button
When you click “create new calendar” it will redirect you to a new page
Once you have your calendars created, you can go calendar Settings page and create time slots and Custom Time Slots for each calendar. There is a general setting that allows you to configure the basic setting of calendar
Example: If you want any user can't book Appointments without registration than Then you have to select “Registered Booking” from the “Booking Type” option, then you have to configure the other setting according to your needs.
In the next section we will discuss how to create time Slots
If you want to see all your calendar lists, click on the “Calendar Manage”
In this page you will see all the calendars and you can edit or delete them if you want.

If you want, you can place the calendar you created anywhere, such as page, widget and any page builder

Easy Booked - Appointment Booking plugin introduces the booking list view, providing an alternative way to display available bookings in a list format. You can use the `[booking_list]` shortcode to showcase available bookings based on specific conditions.
View bookings on a day-by-day basis, starting with the next available day with open slots. Customize the display using shortcode options such as "day," "month," and "year."
1) `calendar_id`: Specify the calendar ID for which you want to display the booking list. Example: `calendar_id="1"`
2) `date_or_week`: Define the date or week for which you want to show bookings. You can use a week name (e.g., `sunday`) or a specific date (e.g., `2023-11-15`).
Example Display Bookings for a Specific Week Name: [booking_list calendar_id="1" date_or_week="sunday"]

1) Booking Calendar widget
- 1. In the Elementor editor, locate the widgets panel on the left.
- 2. Search for "Booking Calendar" in the search bar.
- 3. Drag and drop the "Booking Calendar" widget onto your desired section of the page.
2) Booking List widget
You can easily configure booking list through elementor widget which is difficult to do through shortcode
3) Pop up Booking Calendar widget
You just need to give a specific unique ID to the place where you want to bring up the pop up when you click it, then configure it with elementor pop up widget and the setup will be complete.
Easy Booked allows you to create any new Custom Fields to collect additional information when your customers are booking appointments
To create a field, you must first enter a name and then select the type Then you have to click on “Add New”
Each day is given time slots. For example if your business is open Wednesday – Thursday from 8:00am – 4:00pm and you have 2 employees available every hour, you would create 2 times slots every hour from 8–4, Wednesday – Thursday.

First select the day for which you will create Time Slots Then give any name then fill up the complete information then click “Add Timeslots”
Custom Time Slots allows you to create Time Slots with a specific Start date and End date or you can Vacation/Closed bookings on those dates.

Adding Vacation/Closed Dates
If you want appointments vacation/closed than you have first select start date then select end date then you have to select the “disable appointments” and click on “Add Timeslots”
Adding date time
Example Suppose you have a business where 2 employees will work from 2021-04-08 to 2021-05-01 and from 8:00am to 4:00pm , you would create 2 times slots every hour from 8–4, 2021-04-08 – 2021-05-01.
To create custom time slots, you need to select start date and end date than you have to select “Enable Appointments” Then you have to click on “Add Timeslots” with other information
To edit time slots click on edit icon from here
Then from the popup, modify as per your needed and click on Update Time Slots
If you want to enable paid booking your website must have WooCommerce plugin installed and setup

For paid booking, from here you will select Appointment type “Paid” than you have “save change”
Then such an option will come automatically
Then you will select the product of WooCommerce from here, the price of the product will be automatically added in Time Slots And your customers will be able to make payments through the WooCommerce checkout page and WooCommerce all payment gateways support well be support

Don't forget when you create product for Easy Booked plugin you must checked “Easy Booked” checkbox if not product not come Easy Booked plugin

First you have to enable zoom than integrate zoom with Easy Booked
How to set up and integrate Zoom?
So, to start using Zoom on your website, you need to insert the API key and the API secret key. To register for the keys, open the Zoom marketplace website and sign up or sign in to your Zoom account.
After that, click here. Alternatively, you can go to this link by going to the Zoom marketplace website, clicking Develop, and then Build App as shown below.
To receive your Zoom API keys, follow these steps carefully:
Click Create under the app type named JWT.
Then, the site will ask you to give your App a name. You can use your website name, for example. After that, click Create.
Now, you’ll see your Zoom API keys.
All you have to do is copy and paste the Api Key and Secret key into our plugin and it will be integrated.
For calendar popup you have to use this shortcode [easy booked-popup button-text = 'book me' button-class = 'button book'] your calendar shortcode [/ easy-booked-popup]
Example: [easy-booked-popup button-text='Book me' button-class='button book' ][easy-booked calendar=5][/easy-booked-popup]
Through the first short code, the button and pop up will be generated together, through the second short code, the pop up will be generated, but the ID of the place where you want to bring the pop up when you click, must be passed in the shortcode.
Example: [easy-booked-popup-by-id calendar_id='1' button_id='booking_appointment' ]
If you want, you can approve and delete the appointment from the Appointment option and you can export these appointments to csv.
